Found this terrific demonstration of Georgian-era cookery in my recent explorations. Better yet, it involves chocolate, and since I've already broken my New Year's Resolution on that front (it's Jan. 4th, haha - don't laugh, you're not far behind, trust me - JUST KIDDING!)
